റവന്യു അധികാരികൾ നൽകുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് ജാതി സംബന്ധമായ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നത്.
