നിയമന ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ച സമയത്ത് ജോലിയിൽ പ്രവേശിക്കാൻ തടസമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ 45 ദിവസം വരെ സമയം അനുവദിക്കാൻ നിയമനാധികാരിക്ക് അവകാശമുണ്ട്. അതിലേയ്ക്ക് തക്കതായ കാരണം കാണിച്ചു നിയമനാധികാരിക്ക് അപേക്ഷ നൽകണം.
